The next day I order all my Nerothians to meet me in the arena, after they have all taken their seats I get off my throne and walk into the cage then speaking in my Goa'uld voice { amplified so everyone in the arena can hear } I order my 10 guards to surround the cage. My personal forcefield is based on kinetic energy, basically it can stop fast moving energy and projectile weapons but can't stop slow moving projectiles like a knife being thrown by hand.
